SASドイツ・ミュンヘン → ストックホルム
Economy Extra, 2h.
悪天候のため乗り継ぎのフライト逃してしまいました。一本あとのSASに回されるましたが 嬉しいことにアップグレード！
機内のかわいいクリスマス･デコレーション。頭当てカバーがクリスマスツリーです。
ストックホルムの管制塔が人手不足が原因で離陸できず40分遅れで離陸です。
パイロットさんも「風邪か新型インフルか天候かクリスマス前の休暇か理由は分かりませんが」とあきれてた。
（すべてが休業になる）真夏のスウエーデンのようでです。
離陸後15分ぐらいでスナックと水。エコノミーは水も有料なので この時点ですでに通常レベル以上のおもてなしなんですよね。
離陸後30分ぐらいで食事。スタイリッシュなお弁当箱に入っています。
あけてみると。。。。
サーモン、トマトとチーズ入りパスタのサラダ。カマンベールチーズ。パンとバター。
飲み物：水と紅茶
デザート：チョコレート
SASのエコノミーエキストラの食事はいつも美味しくいただいてます。酢とオイルで味付けしてあるのだけど黄色い色はなんだろう？サフランではないしターメリックでも無いと思う。
やわらかい酢を使っているようで上品な味でした。

Due to the bad weather in Istanbul, the flight was delayed and I missed the connection. Unfortunately I had to use SAS (=no free inflight meal) but the flight staff happily surprised me with an upgrade to Economy Extra!
Economy service on SAS is horrible. The food is very expensive and even the water costs. The gap between Economy and Economy extra is huge on SAS.
This inflight meal consisting of Salmon and pasta salad had elegant taste of soft vinegar. It's a 4*!
BTW, due to "extraordinary circumstances" at Control tower in Arlanda, this flight was also delayed. The pilot said "it could be the swine flu".
Hopefully an excuse that only works the 'winter of 2009'.
