数日前にシートリクエストの電話を入れたとき食事はどうしますか？と聞かれたので冗談で「チキン食べたくありません」と言うとなんと本当にノンチキンで登録されていた。
さすがシンガポールエアライン！
離陸後40分
スナックのピーナツと水。
離陸後1.5時間、ランチ。
ノンチキンミールの食事：ポテトサラダ、小エビ。パスタ、牛肉とニンジン。カマンベール、クラッカー。パンとバター。
飲み物：水。
デザート：チーズケーキ。
お肉がわわらかーく出来ているけどパスタがつまらなすぎ。3★。
おまけ。普通食は牛肉、野菜とゴハンだった。
今回は旅の連れもいるので2種類の食事が味わえる。普通食のほうも3★。
離陸後6時間半
軽食：リンゴとチーズ、フェタチーズ、ハム、オリーブ入りのサンドイッチ。
これは美味しかった！
④離陸後9時間、到着2時間前
ノンチキンの朝食:ベーコン、ハム、ポテト、トマト、グリーンビーンズの暖かい食事。スイカ、ブドウ。パンとバター。ヨーグルト。オレンジジュースと紅茶。
私の朝食は普通。
普通食は焼きそば。
普通食の焼きそばの方がアジアンで良いなー。麺が柔らかすぎたけど美味しかった。
Why does people get so excited about flying with Singapore airlines? I think the keys are:
1) Customer orientation.
When I called SQ to make seat request, they asked me about meal preference and I joked and said "I am not fan of chicken meat". As they usually have several options, I did not specifically order vegetarian meal.
Judge my surprice when they come with "no chicken meal" to me!
BTW, you can see the comparison between special meal and standard meal that my husband tried. I found the standard meal look tastier.
2) Meals meals meals. Shortcut to a travellers heart go via their stomack. It does not necessary mean it tastes great. The taste here was ordinary. However, you have plenty of options and you kind of like the idea.
And who does not like plenty of carbonhydrate? :)
3) Inflight entertainments. If you are from any 'major' country, you probably find seval films from your home county.
