Premium Lounge inside Transit Lounge, Nairobi Airport, Kenya

ケニア、ナイロビの空港。出口付近の通路を通り抜けて行くとトランジットラウンジがあり、その奥にカードホルダーが利用できるプレミアムラウンジがあります。連れのスカイチームゴールドで入りました。

狭い！




連れがせかすので満喫できず。。。。
サンドイッチ,パイ,チョコケーキなどがある。



とりあえずトイレを利用して写真を撮って　ゲートへGO!



1 floor beneath the gates, walking thru long corridors, you find a transit lounge and inside that, there is a premium lounge that Skyteam Premium card holders can use.

We were is rush and my time pessimistic traveller wanted to go immediately so we just used the bathroom, took some pics and rushed to the gate, puh!

行きはキリマンジャロ側だったので帰りはマウントケニア側が希望だったけど　フライトが一本キャンセルになり　次のフライトに押し込まれ「乗れて幸せ」、文句なし。




チキン入り,ピタパンサンド。ナッツ。水。
ベジタリアン食のリクエスト無視される。言うとナッツ2袋くれた。これが口どめ料金？

Not much to say. The way Kenyaa Airways Mombasa handle trouble (in our case cancelled flight) is so incompetent and so frustrating.
We were lining for *ages* to check in and they did not tell us the flight was cancelled until it was our turn. No info on the monitor. Isn't it weired?

My special meal request was ignored, and when mentioning that, I got two packages of peanuts.

Safari Vip Lounge, Mombasa Airport, Kenya

ケニア、モンバサのケニアエアラインズ・ラウンジです。連れがスカイチームのカード持っているので一緒に入りました。
国際線のラウンジですが国内線の客も入れてくれます。

フライトがキャンセルになり、4時間も暇つぶしする羽目に。ナイロビで夕食しようと思っていたので何気に残念。




ぶれていて失礼。
のろいけどネットにつなげるパソコン2台。お手洗いは外。
軽食はパサパサでお世辞でも美味しいとはいえない。サンドイッチはまだいけるけど甘いもの系が見かけも味もまずいったら。
でも空いているし、ここで時間をつぶせて　ありがたや。

ソフトドリンク（缶入り,ジュース）ビール、紅茶,コーヒー。サンドイッチ、スポンジケーキ,シナモンロール、ヨーグルト、ピーナツ。



This lounge is in the international terminal, but the domestic passenger with lounge card is allowed to "temporary" embark from the country and use the lounge.
Slow but still internet connected PC, great!
The restroom is outside.
The food is more or less crap as the bread are so dry. However, you have softdrinks and les crowded space so why complain?
I had to kill 4 hours due to cancelled flight. With the slow internet connection, 5 hours went fast :)

そしてツナとチーズのサンドイッチ。

サンドイッチは野菜もはさんである。でもパサッ。
なれないツナの味。

I requested two glass of water and got two bags of nuts.
The sandwich was dry and not any taste you'll (=you wish to)remember.

登場して最初に目についたのがこれ。クッションのデザイン、かわいい！
イメージ的にサバンナの動物とはいかにもケニア、ですね。


①　ナッツと水。
色々な種類のナッツが入っている。それにしても夕食遅いな,おなか減った…



②　離陸後１時間４５分で夕食。
食事：ビーフかチキンで牛肉選択。スパイシーグリーンペパーソース、野菜。、じゃがいも。千切り野菜のサラダ。（きゅうり,にんじん、ジャガイモ,とうもろこし、ドレッシングで味付け済み)、パン。
飲み物：赤ワイン,.２００７年のMerlot.
デザート：レモンタルト

感想②　当り障りのないシチュー。不味くはないが美味しくもない。給食を思い出す。２★って所でしょうか。ポテトはパサパサで不味いほう。らっきょうが上手い。レモンタルト万歳！４★。



塩コショウのパッケージデザインもアフリカの動物。かわいいねー。




③ 離陸前３時間１５分で朝食
朝食：クロワッサン、パン,ジャム,バター,ヨーグルト、オレンジジュース。

感想③ バターが脂肪分７０％（意味のない情報）。
ジャムだけでちょっとさびしいな。バターロールはバターの味がしっかりしていました。

当機のエンターティンメントシステムは故障中で残念。
飛行機のグッツのデザイン、おしゃれで気に入りました。


First time on Kenyan Airways.
I liked their signature design - siluette of wild animals of Africa.
The meal was so-so, it reminded me of school canteen which is not too positive, but the dessert was brilliant.
Their entertainment system was down, shame, it was a pretty long flight.
